Maloney Shoots Even Par, Red & Green Win

FALCONER — The Jamestown boys golf team raised its record to 11-1 overall and 5-1 in the division following a 36-19 victory over Falconer in a Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association match at Breezewood Links on Friday.

Leading the way was medalist Evan Maloney with an even-par 36. Tyler Salvaggio (38) and Chase Kolstee (39) also broke 40 for the Red & Green.

For the Golden Falcons, Kale Livengood shot a 41.

MARSH FIRES 39 FOR COUGARS

CASSADAGA — Sparked by a 4-over 39 from medalist Jackson Marsh, Cassadaga Valley downed Maple Grove 39-16 at Cassadaga Country Club.

Kris Donnely shot a 53 to pace the Red Dragons (0-7, 0-5).

The Cougars improved to 4-5 and 2-2.
