Frewsburg Girls Hold Off Quakers
FREWSBURG — Jadyn Trocki scored 27 points, grabbed seven rebounds, dished out three assists and made three blocks to lead Frewsburg past Orchard Park 62-55 in nonleague girls basketball action on Tuesday.
Jaden Jimerson added 13 points and three rebounds for the Bears (12-2) and Elysse Gruber collected 10 rebounds and three steals.
Orchard Park (15-3) was led by Lainey Babich with 20 points, Ella Hernandez scored 14 and Caroline Brown had 11.

PROPELS JHS
HAMBURG — Led by Payton Gibbs, Jamestown rolled a 78-32 victory over Frontier in an Erie County Interscholastic Conference Division 1 game.
A freshman, Gibbs scored 18 points, grabbed 10 rebounds, and collected six steals and six assists in her first start as a point guard replacing an injured Carley Daniels.
“Payton stepped up and had a great game,” Red & Green head coach Ken Ricker said.
She had plenty of help.
Aiyanna Stam scored 18 points, pulled down 15 rebounds (nine offensive) and recorded six deflections and six steals; Makena Pryce added 14 points; and Nayani Reid chipped in 11 points.
At halftime, Jamestown led 51-14 behind balanced scoring. Reid had 11 points, Stam 10, Gibbs 9, Pryce 8 and Anna Engquist 7.
“It was such a great half for us,” Ricker said. “To score 51 points was just awesome.”
The Falcons (4-12, 1-9) were paced by Emerson Sullivan with 16 points.
The Red & Green will be back in action Thursday at Lancaster.

Alexis Pattyson added 13 points and four rebounds for the Cougars (8-5), Faith McVey had four assists and Payton Meder, Maddie Debo and Kristyn McVey had four rebounds each.
Clymer (3-8) was led by Matti Rhines with 10 points, Hannidy Goetzinger had 11 rebounds and three assists and Elli Bodamer collected eight boards.
