FREWSBURG — All five Frewsburg/Southwestern boys rolled 500 series in a 4-0 Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 1 bowling sweep of Fredonia on Wednesday at Frewsburg Lanes.
Leading the way for the Bears (22-14) were Julian Cardone with a 180-175-229-584, followed by Chase Lombardo with a 204-201-170-575. Edwin Clover added a 165-226-172-463, Ethan Lohnes shot a 172-191-180-543 and Tripp Swartz shot a 164-183-176-523.
For the Hillbillies (17-19), Luka Paoletta’s 482 set the pace.
The linescore for Frewsburg/Southwestern was 885-976-927-2,788 compared to 785-800-678-2,263 for Fredonia.
In the girls competition, the Hillbillies prevailed 3-1.
Londyn Wilmot topped Fredonia (20.5-15.5) with a 141-176-198-515, while Khole Duffy led the way for the Bears (26.5-9.5) with a 179-193-150-522.
