Jamestown Girls, Boys Post Bowling Victories At JBC

JAMESTOWN — The Jamestown bowling teams swept Silver Creek in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 1 action at Jamestown Bowling Company on Wednesday.

The Jamestown girls won 565-587-486-1,638 to 336-292-333-961.

Addison Cappalino rolled a high game of 191 in a 523 series for the Red & Green (4-0, 4-0), while Victoria Higbee tossed a 178 game and Jamie Beaver had a 451 series.

Autumn Rice had the high series for Silver Creek (0-4, 0-4).

The Jamestown boys tossed 751-881-739-2,371 to 489-527-512-1,528.

Collin Jock paced Jamestown (4-0, 4-0) with 180-206-543, Ethan Heppler knocked 245-522, Kentrell Wiggins rolled 181-501 and Alexander Conkright had a 186 game.

Silver Creek (0-4, 0-4) was led by Pierce Hamilton with the high series.

HORNETS SWEEP

RANDOLPH

JAMESTOWN — The Forestville girls and boys swept Randolph in Division 2 action at Jamestown Bowling Company.

The Forestville girls won 601-531-580-1,712 to 380-372-370-1,122.

Alexandra Kerstetter smashed 177-185-202-564 to lead the Hornets (4-0, 4-0), while Emily Lillie added a 198 game.

Shelby Whitford had the high series for Randolph (0-4, 0-4).

The Forestville boys outpaced Randolph 592-685-652-1,929 to 438-384-357-1,179.

Tucker Merrit led Forestville (4-0, 4-0) with 174-211-529, while Troy Muck hit 187-514 and Alexander Lucas rolled a 178.

Randolph was led by Eric Terhune with the high series.

Lydia Cross added a 176 and Alexis Cross rolled a 169 for Falconer (4-0, 4-0).

Fredonia (0-4, 0-4) was led by Sydney Yerico with the high series.

Erik Stenstrom smashed 279-232-675 as Falconer edged Fredonia 719-959-864-2,542 to 802-816-839-2,457.

Aiden Peters added 206-191-547 for Falconer (3-1, 3-1), while Joshua Lincoln knocked a 480 series.
