Kenny Betts
The Board of Directors of the Chautauqua Sports Hall of Fame has announced the inductees who will comprise its Class of 2026.
The inductees are Kenny Betts, Jennifer Giebner Donato, Dr. Karl Englert Jr., Brianne Prince Hazelton, Trevor Hitchcock, Brian Hull, Kerry Kellogg and Dan Wolfe.
These eight individuals will be formally inducted at the CSHOF’s annual induction banquet on Presidents’ Day, Feb. 16, 2026.

Jennifer Giebner Donato
The Class of 2026 will be the 44th group inducted into the CSHOF since its inception in 1981. The new honorees will bring the total number of inductees to 257.
KENNY BETTS
— Born 1990; graduate Fredonia Central School (2009)
— Two-time NYS wrestling champion: 2007 (135 pounds), 2009 (152 pounds)
— Two-time NYS Wresting runner-up: 2005 (103 pounds), 2008 (145 pounds)

Dr. Karl J. Englert Jr.
— Six-year varsity wrestler at Fredonia under Coach Alex Conti
— Five-time Section VI champion
— Career record 269-34: most wins in NYS history at that time
— 186 career pins: No. 2 in NYS history at that time. In his senior year, he posted a 57-3 record with 39 pins
— All-American Honorable Mention in 2009; three-time Post-Journal Wrestler of the Year; Inductee of the WNY Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2017
