FREDONIA — Three players scored in double figures to lead Fredonia to a 37-31 nonleague girls basketball win over Silver Creek on Thursday evening.

Isabella Buckley scored 11 points while Juliana Snyder and Cecelia Tonelli scored 10 points apiece for the Hillbillies, who improved to 2-2 overall with the victory.

Fredonia led 16-15 at halftime and grew its advantage to three points heading into the fourth quarter. There, the Hillbillies held the Black Knights to just two field goals to hold on for the win.

Maddy Blair led Silver Creek with 21 points, but her teammates combined for just 10 points.
