BUD LIGHT MONDAY 5:45 LEAGUE

Shoeless Joe’s Pub sits atop the league following a perfect outing this week. Rich Tyger and Joe Jackson had their names called against Junior Deputies (38-15) and Gren’s Growlers (37-36).

TRCurlers made a nice thanks to Austin Mitchell and Chris Anderson. Their gameplan proved to be the difference maker to survive both Cold as Ice (27-26) and Curling Hares (52-44).

Lauren Lapinski and The Rolling Stones are still in second after topping Curling Hares (40-39).

Marie Panebianco and Gren’s Growlers put away Drunken Sliders with ease (43-29).

Bob Lundquist and Cold as Ice did the same in a closer contest to Drunken Sliders (26-24).

Mara Santaro and Kubota Krew defeated Fruit of the Brooms (31-25).

Steve Cramer and the Fruit of the Brooms offense caught fire versus Better Than Last Year (52-41).

Jody Lehman and Better Than Last Year rebounded against Curling Cousins (43-31).

Josh Platt and Junior Deputies looked solid in their (46-30) ambush of Jimmy Shimmey’s.

Doris Hale and Jimmy Shimmey’s split the night by surviving Gemstones (39-38).

Steve Lindquist and Gemstones found some momentum in their (40-33) contest with Kubota Krew.

Curling Cousins shocked The Rolling Stones (45-39) with Rebecca Williams in the driver’s seat.

BUD LIGHT MONDAY 6:45 LEAGUE

The Curl Jam defense was an impenetrable force with Katie Stronz and Steve Arnold calling the shots. They stifled Bottomland Bandits (24-20) and Honest Abe (20-13).

Dave Hillebert and Dave Matteson made a huge leap in the standings for War Vets. After shutting down Slice Mafia (18-15) they snuck past Team 33 (30-27).

Kathy Sullivan carried Rookies Mafia to their first and second victory of the season. She did so by dismantling opposing offenses; (17-16) over Rock Slide and (20-17) against Bottomland Bandits.

Drew Wilcox saved the night for Honest Abe. They’re still in control of first place with a (35-24) takedown of Pickle Pushers.

Sherry Mattison and Pickle Pushers folded Rand Machine down the stretch (35-29).

Slice Mafia made it a tougher night for Rand Machine, (37-20) the final with Avidian Needham leading the way again.

Sharon Ruby and Frosty Curlers dispatched Rock Slide (36-13).

Shelby Siliano and Team 33 held off NAME (32-26).

RAVEN & RUNE TAVERN

WEDNESDAY 5:30 LEAGUE

On The Rocks is now in charge of the league behind Michelle Blair and Chelsey Mosier. The pair drilled game changing bullseyes in their wins over Stone Cold Maidens (31-30) and Golfers on Ice (37-19).

Jeff Housler, Shawn Whitmer and 12 Ounce Curls still have a chance to claim first. They’re hot on the trail after getting by We’ve Got the Stones (53-32) and Stone Cold Maidens (21-20).

J-1 Auto clocked out with two wins in dominating fashion this week. Rich Wilson and Nate Ford left Curl Jam with no life (50-34) and made easy work of MARKSMEN (46-24).

Mike Latone Jr. could not miss in a Head for the Mountains victory versus MARKSMEN (57-40).

Jim Craker and Golfers on Ice led start to finish with Legion of Broom (36-28).

Adam Irgang and Legion of Broom handed Head for the Mountains an unexpected (35-32) loss.

Jen Beebe and We’ve Got the Stones wrote off Curl Jam (48-36).

RAVEN & RUNE TAVERN

WEDNESDAY 6:30 LEAGUE

In the House holds a narrow four-way tiebreaker for first following Wednesday night. Ron Pappalardo and George Panebianco were at the helm against Stuart Tool & Die (32-31) and Margarita Madness (36-23).

The Ice Men are a part of the gauntlet at the top thanks to Paul Gustafson and Kyler Majka. The duo combined forces to finish off Rhodewel (35-21) and Stuart Tool & Die (36-19).

Joe Vitello and Kait Benish engineered a great night for Curling Me Softly. After stopping a late push from Rhodewel (36-31), they did away with Perfect Stones (33-29).

Adam Paterniti single-handedly put Got Stones back at the .500 mark. He did so by victimizing Team No Names (27-21) and The Brush Offs (32-23).

Justin Swanson and 12 oz. Curlers quieted the hopes of Ice Ice Baby (31-26).

Amy Hook and Curls Gone Wild won a thriller with Smokin Rocks (33-32).

Jessica Pietriewicz and Smokin Rocks were victorious in a defensive battle against Team No Names (20-17).

The Brush Offs slid past 12 oz. Curlers (27-20) with Nick Kahanik commanding his unit.

Len Comella and Margarita Madness looked good in the first slate versus Curls Gone Wild (37-29).

Jason Fawcett and Ice Ice Baby put the league on notice by overthrowing Perfect Stones (37-20).

RAVEN & RUNE TAVERN

WEDNESDAY 7:30 LEAGUE

Eric Scolton is the reason Stones & Cones is tied for the highest-scoring offense in all of Northwest Arena backyard curling. They’re still in control of the nightcap league after getting by Curl Jam (44-30) and The Flintstones (36-28).

Darren and Jen Anderson were strictly business in a pair of Barney’s Hoof Trimming victories; (48-22) over HCH Interiors and (32-25) against Hillbilly Sliders.

Kathy Hallquist was the main architect for QUEST on Wednesday. After shutting down Ice-o-topes (26-17) they dismantled Haggy’s 4 Below Hatchets (48-32).

Danielle Cedarquist took matters into her own hands when Haggy’s 4 Below Hatchets waved off Sheet Faced (48-34).

Matthew Brewster and Sheet Faced pulled out a trench battle with Hillbilly Sliders (34-33).

Brandon Rowley limited the HCH Interiors offense down the stretch for a (33-26) Flintstones victory.

John Sellstrom and Ice-o-topes acquired a much-needed win over Curl Jam (24-20).

RYAN DEPPAS/LEGEND GROUP 4:30 FRIDAY LEAGUE

Zach Muntz and 2 Curls and a Cup continue controlling the “Happy Hour” League on Friday afternoons, as they took care of Cold Beer Here (40-34) in a battle of the Titans. Then they took care of business against Sweeping Beauties (55-33).

Tracy’s Dog came back with a vengeance, after a week off. As they put up 112 points on the afternoon, topping Lions and Bears (64-52) and Cold Beer Here (48-42) with an entire team effort, plus a perfect-ending shot by Nick Lucas to knock off the “Beersmen.”

Marie Craker and Lisa Allard controlled the even ends of their matches against Curl Jam (36-30) and Lions & Bears (39-32), as they led Ba Na Ma Na to two victories.

Frost Bitten Twice Shy slid by Sweeping Beauties (36-29), as Buddy Degnan anchored his team to the win.

Andy Horner and Curl Jam slammed the door on Frost Bitten Twice Shy in the final end to come away with a (40-33) victory.
