FREWSBURG — Kaylee Melquist was a double winner and Frewsburg/Falconer swept the top three spots in the 200-yard freestyle as well as the 500-yard freestyle en route to beating Fredonia/Dunkirk/Forestville/Pine Valley/Cassadaga Valley 98-82 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association girls swimming and diving Thursday.

Melquist captured the 200-yard freestyle in 2:23.94 and the 500-yard freestyle in 6:32.76.

Sydney Frederes (50-yard freestyle, 27.48), Anelia Pitts (1-meter diving, 228.07) and Mickey Hartley (100-yard freestyle, 1:04.45) also won individual events for the hosts.

Olivia Burlingame won the 200-yard individual medley in 2:31.90, Avary LeGrano claimed the 100-yard butterfly in 1:23.54), Kendyl Dietzen took the 100-yard backstroke in 1:19.74 and Leah Waite won the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:23.70 for Fredonia/Dunkirk/Forestville/Pine Valley/Cassadaga Valley, which won all three relays.
