WESTFIELD — Avery Smith scored 15 kills, two aces and a block as Westfield remained undefeated with a nonleague volleyball win over Clymer 25-13, 22-25, 25-21, 25-14 on Friday.

Mackenzie Schumaker added seven kills, three digs and an ace for the Wolverines (8-0), Maddy Burgess dealt 22 assists, two digs and an ace and Molly Burgess made eight digs.

Clymer (5-5) was led by Lily Johnson with seven kills, a block, 11 digs and an ace, Elli Bodamer made two kills and 12 digs, Keira Kinal had two kills, two blocks, eight digs and two aces and Finley Mitchell delivered four kills.

RED DRAGONS EDGE JHS

Bry Cornell provided 14 kills, five digs and four blocks as Maple Grove defeated Jamestown in nonleague play 24-26, 25-21, 25-15, 25-16.

Meg Ryan added 11 kills, four digs and three aces for Maple Grove (9-2), Annie Steffen had four aces and 10 kills and Zoey Foley contributed four aces, six kills and 13 digs.

Jamestown falls to 1-9 overall.
