The Southern Tier Flag Football league will begin next month and this year it is hoping to expand.

On top of having a men’s league, there will be a women’s division this season. The league is currently looking for more teams and players from Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties in New York and Warren County, Pennsylvania.

The league is 8-on-8 flag football for individuals 18 and older. The games are played at Jones and Gifford Park in Jamestown on Sunday mornings beginning Sept. 7.
