Flyers Gymnastics recently hosted its annual home competition, The Comedy Classic.

Flyers Level 4 team earned a second-place team banner, while Xcel Platinum and Xcel Diamond combined for a second-place team banner.

Evelyn Miller took the top spot on the podium at Level 5, earning second in vault (9.05), fourth in bars (8.225), first in beam (8.65) and second in floor (9.2) first place all-around (35.125).

Claiming gold medals on individual events were Mia Volpe (9.15), Olivia Swanson (9.5), McKenna Hart (9.25) and Kamille Garza (9.0) on vault; Anelia Pitts (9.2), Madilyn Walker-Gordon (8.925), Isabella Constantino (9.25), Ruthie Barber (8.8) and Kamille Garza(7.275) on bars; Anna Thompson (8.8) and Kamille Garza (8.125) on beam; and Mia Volpe (9.55), Anna Thompson (8.875) and Avery Armella (9.3) on floor.
