FREDONIA — Nella Darrell-Sterbak and Gilen Gottinger won their singles matches to lead Fredonia past Frewsburg 5-0 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association girls tennis Wednesday at Fredonia High School.

Charis LaBarr and Amelia Way won at first doubles, Rosie Manzella and Elizabeth Joy won at second doubles, and Olivia Balch and Michaela Haas won at third doubles for the Hillbillies.

EAGLES TAKE DOWN JAMESTOWN

LAKEWOOD — Eden Ludwig and Mary Vail Marshaus won their singles matches to lead Chautauqua Lake to a 4-1 win over Jamestown at the Lakewood YMCA.

Taylyn Stanton and Quinn Vaillancourt won at second doubles, while Molly Ulsh and Kenadie Wilson won at third doubles for the Eagles.

Jamestown’s lone win came from Jolee Schultz and Addison Zahn at first doubles.
