Chautauqua Christian Academy beat Bethel Erie Christian Academy 25-17, 25-22, 25-21 in volleyball Tuesday.

The Defenders were led by setter Cierra Lynn with 24 assists, three aces, three digs and a kill. Outside hitter Rebekah Wilkins had nine kills on 28 attacks; right-side hitter Hailey Ryan had seven kills on 22 attacks to go along with two aces; and outside hitter Riley Pascoe had three kills on 17 attacks to go along with four aces and six digs.

The win improved Chautauqua Christian Academy’s record to 2-2, including 2-1 in the league.

The Defenders return to action Friday at Central Baptist Christian Academy in Yorkshire, then play in a tournament on Saturday at Erie First Academy.
