Annalisa Krug of Jamestown competed at the United States Figure Skating Excel National Festival in Norwood, Mass., on July 11. Krug qualified for the festival by placing in the top 36 of over 100 skaters at the Intermediate Excel Level in the United States. The festival is a prestigious event that provides skaters from preliminary through senior levels with the opportunity to showcase their talents on a national stage. Held annually in July, the event brings together top skaters from across the country. Krug is coached by Shannon Moran with the Jamestown Skating Club.
