Alex Watkins’ walk-off single in the bottom of the seventh inning lifted Southwestern to victory over Frewsburg.

Brody Ellis (double) and Logan Johnson each had two hits, and Alex Piazzo collected a two-run double for the winners.

Cusimano (double), Lacross (double) and Mazzurco all had two hits for Frewsburg.

Southwestern Blue also upended Brocton 51.

Ellis tossed a one-hitter, struck out 15, didn’t issue a walk and was the beneficiary of two hits from Johnson. Austin Ribaudo, Lincoln Brockrath, Ryan Wakeley and Corbin Dennison added singles.

Finally, Southwestern Blue moved to 9-0 with a 9-4 win over the Fredonia Yankees.

Gavin Anderson (double) collected two hits; and Johnson added a double.

Blattenberger had three hits, and Pooletta (double) and Piazza had two apiece.
