FREDONIA — Zeke Curtin, a substitute in the Utility Golf League, shot even-par 36 Tuesday over The Vineyards front nine. In addition, Mike Kurmis carded 37, Joe Polichetti 38, and George Alessi 39.

Low net honors went to Curtin, Polichetti and Jerry Reilly with 30 each. Polichetti’s round included birdies for skins on the par-four third and the par-three ninth holes. Kurmis (No. 6) and Alessi (No. 7) also had birdies resulting in skins. Jim Ellman (No. 5) and Nick Dubois (No. 9) earned closest-to-the-pin awards.

In the team competition, Kurmis and Matt Hutchinson are still the league leaders with 99.5 points through seven weeks. Bob Cunningham/Tom Hartung (96 points) and Chris Penfold/Jim Waite (90 points) are second and third, respectively.

FREDONIA — Robert Calp had the low gross score of 34 in the Gene Andolina League at Vineyards, while Doug Grace scored the low net score of 32.

Scratch skins were won by Sam Allesi on No. 9, while Handicap Skins went to Curt Wolnik on No. 6, Mike Willoughby on No. 7 and Tom McTigue on No. 8.

Closest to the pin was Bill Anderson on No. 5 and Sam Allesi on No. 9.

WESTFIELD — Scott Jagoda fired a 35 to lead the Legion Post 434 Wednesday Night Men’s League at Pinehurst Golf Club, while Dave Travis had the low net score of 30.

Other low rounds came from Ryan Swanson 37, Andy Deakin 39, and both Brandon Johnston and August Viele with 40. The low net scores were Steve Mawhir and Josh Warner with 31, then the trio of George Petrella, Jack Kujawa and Mawhir had 32.

Closest to the pin was Kujawa and Mawhir.

Other highlights included an Eagle 3 on No. 1 for Ryan Miller. Birdies were had by Ryan Swanson with three, Jagoda and Mawhir had two each, then Jon Espersen, Jay Beers, Lenny Truby, Brandon Johnston, Tyler Wright, August Viele, Josh Warner and Jon Coe Jr. all had one.
