Jamestown Mattress defeated Stuart Tool & Die A’s 5-0 in Men’s Senior League baseball.

John White went the distance for the Mattress Men scattering six hits while striking out eight. Matt Hallowell led the nine-hit Expos offense with a double and single.

Dustin Uhlman and Trevor Spicer each had two hits to lead The Swinging A’s bats. Travis Butcher took the loss on the bump while striking out five.

The Express Jays defeated Gowanda Masonic Lodge 5-4.

The Express Employment Professionals were led offensively by Jason Tomkiewicz with three runs, Jared Aiken added two runs and both collected three hits each, while Javy DeJesus had two hits and two RBIs. Xavier Negron had the game-winning walk-off hit in the bottom of the seventh inning to give the Jays their first win of the season.

Raymond Taft shined defensively and Tomkiewicz pitched the win for the Jays.
