LAKEWOOD — The 32nd annual Eppehimer Open was held at Maplehurst Golf Course recently. The first-place winners with a 13-under-par 57 were Nolan Farr, Zach Wolfe, Gabe Cavalerro and Nick Anderson.

The second-place team was Eric Maynard, Tony Rizzo, Josh Kelp and Kris McGurk with an 11-under-par 59.

The team of Dan Groh, Nathan Groh, Uvie Stewart and Chad Swan came in third with 10-under-par 60.

The winner of the longest drive went to Erin Spacht. The closest to the pin award went to Chad Swan. The closest to the line winner went to Corey Hartweg. The award for the longest drive opposite hand this year went to Tony Rizzo.

The event helped to raise money for GA Family Services Foster Care & Adoption. Many area businesses helped to sponsor the outing. This year’s Platinum Sponsors were Aim Leasing Company and Jamestown Mattress. Other sponsors were Roto Rooter, Lind Funeral Home, Valentine Enterprises, 3 C’s Catering, Hair Port Salon, Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, Maplehurst Country Club, The Main Landing, Safelite Autoglass, Lena’s Pizza, Jerr Costantini, Busti Church of God, Frewsburger Pizza Shop, Cattaraugus County Bank and the William Farr Agency of Allstate Insurance Company.
