YMCA Plans Pickleball Clinic
LAKEWOOD — A three-week pickleball clinic designed for seniors 50 and older will be held May 7, 14 and 21 at the Lakewood YMCA.
The clinic, which will be held from 10-10:30 a.m. under the direction of Matthew Johnson and Cindy Aiken, is $10 for members and $20 for potential members. Equipment is available.
The emphasis in the clinic will be on balance, injury prevention, nutrition, warmup and stretching.
