The Maple Grove boys tennis team tested itself with McDowell (Pa.) in a nonleague contest on Friday and came away with the 5-0 victory.

In singles action Fletcher DeMink, Trey DeMink and Jack Sherry all secured wins. Then in doubles, the duo of Keegan Rishel and Nate Cresanti won and the pair of Logan Crist and Caleb Barton picked up a victory.

The match of the night was second singles in which Trey DeMink outlasted McDowell’s Gridley Wright in a third set tiebreaker to secure a victory 6-1, 6-7, 10-5.
