Panama Wins With Balanced Attack
PANAMA — Five players scored in double figures as Panama coasted past Silver Creek 65-27 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 2 West girls basketball Friday.
Kiera Loberg led the Panthers (3-13, 3-6) with 19 points, five steals and four assists; Kaitlyn Horton had 16 points and 12 rebounds; and Cassie Lyon, Kylie Morgan and Kasey Markham each had 10 points.
Panama led 20-4 after the first quarter.
Maddie Blair, Rachael Beadle and MaKayla Kelly had 5 points apiece to lead the Black Knights (4-12, 0-10).
