CHAUTAUQUA — Following its inaugural tournament at the Sewailo Golf Club, the Senior Players Tour, a non-profit organization dedicated to showcasing the skills and sportsmanship of senior golfers, has announced its next tournament will be held at Chautauqua Golf Club from Aug. 29-31.

Established under the tagline “Fore the Players, by the Players,” the Senior Players Tour is committed to providing senior golfers with a platform to compete and continue showcasing their exceptional golfing skills. As the Senior Players Tour continues its 2023 tournament schedule, it anticipates hosting 100 golfers from across the world.

Chautauqua Golf Club, famed for its Donald Ross Course, embodies Ross’ visionary design principles, combining the natural beauty of the Chautauqua Lake area with a challenging layout that rewards strategy and skill.

The Senior Players Tour has guaranteed a purse of $125,000 for this event. This prize reflects its commitment to its players and its belief in the value of senior golf.

The Senior Players Tour is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and showcasing the skills of senior golfers. Launched this year, the SPT hosts 12 events in the United States and Canada, providing a professional platform for golfers to compete.
