RUSSELL, Pa. — Don Melson fired a 35, Ken Robeson 36 and Jon Vincent 38 to lead the gross scores, and Melson recorded a 29 for low net in the Friday Senior Men’s League at Cable Hollow Golf Course.
Mark Kestler had the most points (7.5); Jon Vincnet, Melson and Robeson had two birdies; Al Ludwick, Jim Fiscus, Mike Ponsoll, John DeAngelo, Gary Redick, Dave Garey and Doug Wheeler had one birdie apiece; and Robeson and Pete Hofert both had six pars.

WARREN, Pa. — The Wolf Run Marina team of Tyler Labesky, Jordan Copley, Ian Davidson and George Fitch are the first-half winners of the Jackson Valley Golf Course Thursday Night Men’s League with 220.5 points.
Tied for second are A&B Heating and Surefine with 220, followed by Patty Wackers with 215, and American Legion Post 135 with 214.5.
Randy Thomas is the individual high points winner with 9. Ed Streich and Dan Larson have 8 apiece.
Low-gross scores on the front 9 were Owen Becker 42 and Casey Moyer 42; Tyler Labesky 37 and Shane Flannery 37 on the back nine; seniors Chet Loomis 37 and Tim Watkins 37 on the front 9; and senior Joe Saber 38 on the back 9.
