MAYVILLE -- Clymer/Sherman/Panama scored in every inning but the fifth en route to an 8-1 Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 2 baseball win over Chautauqua Lake.
Tate Catanese went 2 for 3 with a double and two RBIs; Austin White was 2 for 4 with two runs scored and an RBI; Gabe Roth singled twice and scored twice; Bryce Hinsdale doubled, scored two runs and drove in a run; and Dylan Michael also doubled for the Wolfpack (11-3, 10-2).
White earned the win in four innings, striking out three while allowing five hits and a run. Trent Burchanowski threw the final three scoreless innings, allowing one hit and striking out five.
Clayton Smith had two hits and Brett Meadows doubled for the Thunderbirds (5-9, 5-6).
