Red Raiders Fall In Myrtle Beach 10-0
MYRTYLE BEACH, S.C. — The Jamestown Red Raiders baseball team fell in six innings to Buford (S.C.) 10-0.
Buford starting pitcher Eli Sistore hurled four innings and struck out four batters for the win and the rest of the Buford pitchers surrendered just three hits combined. Jamestown’s three singles came from Dom Weber, Brandon Lobb and Sean O’Brien.
Four different pitchers took the mound for the Red Raiders, Colin Melendez going 2 1/3 inning with two strikeouts and three walks; Caleb Piazza went 1 2/3 with a strikeout; Owen Glover and Owen Kearney each tossed an inning.
Jamestown is back in action today against host team Aynor (S.C.).
