Randolph Sets School Record For 3s In Win
RANDOLPH — Randolph made a school-record 12 3-pointers in a 91-41 Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 1 West girls basketball victory over Dunkirk on Thursday.
Skylar Herington led the way with 23 points, including a pair of 3-pointers, and seven rebounds; Payton Morrison 15 points on five 3-pointers to go along with six steals, five rebounds and four assists; Katelyn Storer had 14 points and 10 rebounds; and Kyra Pence had 14 points, six steals and five assists for the Cardinals (11-4, 6-0), who have won six straight games.
Quinn Pence added 8 points, including a pair of 3-pointers, and seven assists, while Sierra Smith, Gianna Bowles and Sadie Steward each chipped in a 3-pointer for Randolph, which led 23-7 after the first quarter and 52-18 at halftime.
Anadallane Rodriguez led the Marauders (8-7, 3-3) with 15 points.

RED RAIDERS FALL
WILLIAMSVILLE — The Jamestown girls basketball team’s trip to suburban Buffalo did not go as hoped.
Miranda Burgett led three players in double figures with 26 points and Williamsville North rolled to a 71-42 victory over the Red Raiders in an Erie County Interscholastic Conference Division 1 game Wednesday night.
Mila Bisset chipped in 17 points and Abby Murphy added 10 for the winners (8-6, 5-3), who led 22-7 after the first quarter and 41-19 at halftime.
Marley Drake paced Jamestown (10-5, 5-4) with 26 points, while Mickia Freeney had 8 points and seven rebounds.
