From the left are Marv Cummings, CCBUA president; Jud Foy, vice president; Ray Spacht, incoming interpreter; and Ray Lindquist, outgoing interpreter after 23 years. An umpire for 40 years, Reilly, who has also served as the CCBUA assignor for more than two decades, was nominated for the state honor in May and received confirmation in July. In related news, the CCBUA is starting a new class on Tuesday, Oct. 11 at Levant Wesleyan Church, located at 1670 Lindquist Drive in Falconer. Held from 6:30-8 p.m. each Tuesday, thereafter, the class will run for six or seven weeks. There is no cost to attend. For more information, contact Lindquist at 716-450-2158.
