LAKEWOOD — The Art Asquith Senior Golf Tour visited Maplehurst Country Club this week, with Dave Young leading White Flight A with a plus-5, 71 while Randy Carlson finished at zero and Sam Allesi at minus-1.

In White Flight B, Dale Melquist was plus-7 with an 81, Bruce Dudgeon was plus-5 and Paul Edon was plus-2.

In Gold Flight A, Dennis Stornes was plus-5, Vern Ahlgren was plus-4 with an 80 and Norm Biegaj was plus-4.

In Gold Flight B, Bruce Carlson was plus-9 with an 80, Barry Harris was plus-6 and Pete Pascatore was plus-4.

In Gold Flight C, Richard Tyler was plus-8, Russ Vacanti was plus-7 with an 86 and Jim Phillips was plus-6.

In Gold Flight D, Jim Purvance was plus-7 with a 97, Sal Dicembre was plus-5 and Charlie Stafford was plus-4.

Closest-to-the-pin honors went to Biegaj on No. 3, Young on No. 7, Harris on No. 13 and Andy Scalise on No. 16.
