Southwestern junior quarterback Aidan Kennedy was named the Offensive Player of the Year and Trojans senior defensive lineman Drew Wigren was named the Defensive Player of the Year.

Wolfpack senior running back Connor Cooper joined Swabik on the First-Team Offense while C/S/P senior defensive lineman Owen Gratto, senior linebacker Zach Chase, senior linebacker Brendon Ramsey and senior defensive back Matthew White were on the First-Team Defense.

Senior running back Zishan Munir, senior wide receivers Garrett Swan and Nate Johnson, and senior offensive lineman Calvin Ricker joined Kennedy on the First-Team Offense.

Fredonia junior quarterback Nick Whitfield, senior wide receiver Dom Gullo and junior offensive lineman Shawn Farnham were on the First-Team Offense with Hillbillies junior linebacker Matt Lotter on the First-Team Defense.

Chautauqua Lake senior wide receiver Gavin Sauerland rounded out the First-Team Offense while Thunderbirds senior defensive linemen Ceric Kristan and Zach Wolcott were joined by senior linebacker Nate Engdahl on the First-Team Defense.

Allegany-Limestone senior defensive lineman Connor Walsh and Cassadaga Valley/Falconer senior linebacker Brock Johnson rounded out the First-Team Defense.

Cassadaga Valley/Falconer received the Team Sportsmanship Award with junior Golden Cougar Kyle Keefe the Individual Sportsmanship Award representative.
