AKELEY, Pa. — In the Cable Hollow Senior Men’s Friday Golf League the Eastern Division is led by The Duffers with 89, Cable Hollow Golf has 88.5, Struthers Wells 79, Schwab’s Copiers 70, Game Time 62, Jones Pest Control 61.5, Maple Place Farms 57.5, Pete’s Team 57.5 and Warren Tire 55.5.

In the Western Division Slick Brownie has 98.5, Mike’s Townline 91, Mount Laurel FCU 84, Community Resource 80, Horseshoe Inn 69, Jones Chevrolet 53, Warren Archery 53, 4-Putts 45.5 and Falconer/Frewsburg Crew 29.5

Jim Leaskey and Jon Vincent shot 41s, Paul Cathcart had a 32 net, while Cathcart and Ralph Keniston each led in points with nine.

Cathcart leads with 30.5 points.

WARREN, Pa. — In the Conewango Valley Country Club Men’s Day event, Justin Frederoski and Mike Passinger shot 57 to lead the 18-hole better ball.

Myron Turfitt and Steve Smyth shot 58, Rich Griffin and Scott Pearson shot 58, Bob Metzgar and John Dale 59, Bill Mahan and Dr. Bob Follett 59, Rick Allen and Joe Akif 59.

In the 9-hole better ball event, Kyle Turner and Tim Swanson shot 29, Andrew Bacchetti and Mitch Dodge 29, Bill Schuver and Tom Yocum 30, Steve Smith and Ben Reinke 30, Kris Anthony and Nathan Zigler 30, Shawn Walker and Todd Anderson 30.

In the first flight, Shawn Walker and Mike Onoratti both shot a 32 gross; in the second flight Justin Frederoski ot a 34 gross and Schuver a 31 net; in the third flight Joe Akif shot a 41 gross and Jim Vecellio a 34 net; and in the fourth flight Ben O’Neill shot a 46 gross and Bob Follett a 31 net.

Kyle Turner had the most gross skins and Calvin Rose the most net skins.

Tim Kolstee was closest to the pin on No. 5.

WARREN, Pa. — In the Conewango Valley Golf Club Ladies Day event, Hallie Dubia shot a 47 gross, Gerry Africa a 35 net, Mary Sue Golden a 36 net, Judy Dale a 37 net, while Africa won the Mystery Hole event.

Dubia had the long putt of 9 feet 6 inches on No. 13.
