Nearly 60 cars lined a Lakewood street Sunday evening to celebrate retired Falconer Central School physical eduction teacher Karen Cotten’s 76th birthday. Cotten, the district’s former tennis coach and athletic director for whom its tennis courts are named, is battling a second bout of cancer. Family members organized Sunday’s drive-by parade and invited those from various organizations with whom Cotten has been involved in.
