The postseason basketball honors for Demarri Jones continue.

The Jamestown junior has been named to the All-Erie County Interscholastic Conference first team after claiming ECIC Division 1 Player-of-the-Year honors last month.

The 6-foot-3 forward averaged 17 points and 10.5 rebounds, while shooting 58 percent from the floor, helping the Red Raiders to regular-season division title and a berth in the Section VI Class AA semifinals.

Joining Jones on the All-ECIC first team are Player-of-the-Year Jaylen Jones, a 6-3 senior guard from Amherst; 6-4 senior guard Cal Shifflet of Williamsville East; 6-1 sophomore guard Trey Kleitz of Iroquois; and 6-foot senior guard Mike DiGiulio of Williamsville South.

Jones and Kleitz were the ECIC Division 2 and Division 3 Players of the Year respectively.
