Allegany-Limestone senior Casey Curran was recently named the Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 1 West boys basketball Player of the Year.

Curran was joined on the league’s First Team by senior teammate Gus Napoleon. Fredonia junior Tyler Putney and sophomore Nick Whitfield; and Olean senior Covi James and junior Jason Brooks rounded out the First Team.

Dunkirk was honored with the league’s Team Sportsmanship Award with Marauders senior Peter Paredes the Bryon Norton Award winner.

Allegany-Limestone’s Glenn Anderson was named the league’s Coach of the Year.
