Randolph Boys Hold Off O’Hara To Improve To 7-1
RANDOLPH — Tyler Hind poured in 32 points, Kaleb Steward added 15 and Branson Morrison drilled a huge 3-pointer to help Randolph hold off Cardinal O’Hara, 62-56, in a nonleague basketball game Saturday.
The Cardinals (7-1), who led 50-39 heading into the fourth quarter, saw their lead trimmed to four points with under two minutes remaining, but Morrison hit a trey and dove on the floor for a loose ball, and Steward hit a pair of free throws to seal the victory.
Hind, who was a perfect 9 for 9 from the foul line, also collected seven assists; Steward added 15 points, nine rebounds, three steals and two assists; and Gabe McCoy contributed 7 points and 12 rebounds.
Harris led Cardinal O’Hara with 17 points and Wright added 14.

SALAMANCA — Emma Wiggers scored 16 points and Mikala Einink chipped in 12 to spark Clymer to a 47-39 nonleague victory over Salamanca on Saturday.
Kylee Dowdy had 13 points and 12 rebounds; Nizhoni Kennedy added 11 points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals; and Jaeden Hubbard contributed 8 points, 13 rebounds and three assists for the Warriors.
