RANDOLPH — Connor Palmeri’s first varsity victory at 132 pounds sealed Randolph’s 42-33 Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 2 wrestling victory over Salamanca on Wednesday night.

Palmeri’s pin over Mason Jimerson in 1:57 helped give the Cardinals their fourth victory of the season to move them to 4-5 overall and 4-2 in the league.

Randolph’s victory was also highlighted by pins from Clayton Crouse (106 pounds), Ryan Carpenter (285 pounds) and Xander Hind (138 pounds).
