SALAMANCA — Tioga, Fredonia/Silver Creek/Pine Valley/Forestville/Brocton and Portville each will have three No. 1 seeds as the Southern Tier Wrestling Officials Association Holiday Classic gets underway today at the Seneca Allegany Community Center.

Gianni Silvestri (99 pounds), Caden Bellis (106 pounds) and Brady Worthing (138 pounds) are the top seeds for Tioga; David Ball (120 pounds), Dalton Gardner (145 pounds) and Jake Skinner (285 pounds) are the top seeds for Fredonia/Silver Creek/Pine Valley/Forestville/Brocton; and Dakota Mascho (152 pounds), Jayden Lassiter (160 pounds) and Roland Thompson (170 pounds) are the No. 1 seeds for Portville.

Eisenhower has a pair of No. 1 seeds in Logan Jaquay (126 pounds) and Cael Black (220 pounds) while Port Allegany’s Bryant Johnson (113 pounds), Chautauqua Lake/Westfield/Panama’s Brendon Rowe (132 pounds), Maple Grove’s Kyle Trim (182 pounds) and Franklinville/Cuba-Rushford’s Kyle Wittenrich (195 pounds) are the remaining No. 1 seeds.

Action gets underway today at 6 p.m. and resumes Saturday morning at 10 a.m.
