Seven bowlers surpassed the 700 plateau in the Jamestown Bowling Company Classic Doubles to highlight the area pin action Thursday.

Leading the way was Brandon Miller, who fired a 224-289-246-759 for Don’s Car Wash, which was eight pins better than Jim Mee, who smashed a 235-279-751 for Gametime.

Other 700s were turned in by Ryan Colburn (246-265-726 for Scott’s Tree Ex.); Lenny Marucci 9235-267-721 for Geraci & Company Accounting); Bob Paterniti (228-235-256-719 for John Nelson Construction); Jeremy Becker (248-258-708 for Midnite Towing); and James Cappalino (266-227-706 for Geraci & Company Accounting).

In the same league, Brent Miller rolled a 258-225-677 for Scott’s Tree Ex., and Alex Foti had a 281 game and Dave Saxton and Andy Blasdell both shot a 257 game. Dan Zamborik had a 256 game at Frewsburg Lanes.

Also at JBC, Jim Elardo hit a 244-225-654 and Jim Suckow fired a 603 in the Tuesday Coffee Bowl. Suckow also had a big day in the Thursday Early Birds League with a 236-239-659.

Meanwhile, in the American League at Cutting Lanes, Ron Reed fired a 246-258-705.
