Fredonia was a 13-6 winner over Southside.

Jimmy Graves led the way with 96 yards and a score for Southside. Owen Everetts led the defense with 14 tackles and a sack. Graves also racked up 12 tackles.

VARSITY

Southside was a 21-6 winner over Fredonia.

Chase Bonta had 109 yards on the ground including a 61-yard score, and also threw for 90 yards including a 20-yard touchdown to Julian Jackson.

Gio Jackson had a touchdown run and threw a 2-point conversion to Jackson.

Kamryn Monroe added an extra point for Southside; Bonta led the way on defense with 17 tackles and a sack; and Javon’tae Hampton added eight tackles and a sack.

MODIFIED

Fredonia snuck out a 34-29 win over Southside.

Noah Burch led the way for Southside with 282 passing yards, two scores and a 2-point conversion.

Gavin Pantojas added a touchdown while Keither Miller had 77 yards with a touchdown and also hit two extra points while catching a 2-point conversion pass.

Aiden Greenawalt had 177 yards and three receiving touchdowns.

Pantojas also grabbed 11 tackles on defense and Bobby Hoch nine while Burch recovered a fumble.
