City Slo-Pitch Champs Honored

Pictured above are Steve Trapani, at left representing A-Bat, and Jason Matve, representing Jamestown Mattress/J.O.S.E. 360. A-Bat claimed the A-Division regular season title of the City Slo-Pitch Softball League while Jamestown Mattress/J.O.S.E. 360 was the A Division playoff winner. In the Coed League, Fifties Grill and Dairy bested Northwest Arena for the season title while Northwest Arena topped Infinity Custom Building in the playoffs. In the Modified League New Hope Church finished in first place for the season, topping Kallie’s Krusade/One-Ball while Kallie’s Krusade/One-Ball claimed the title in the playoffs. In Slo-Pitch, Jamestown Mattress/J.O.S.E. 360 was second in the A Division for the season, while Venture Forthe took home the B Division title ahead of Wolfpack. Jamestown Mattress/J.O.S.E. 360 won the Mark Haines Memorial Tournament, besting The Eagles. In Slo-Pitch playoff action The Eagles were second in the A Division, Venture Forth won the B Division and Shults of Warren took second.
