Southside bested Dunkirk, 19-0, thanks to 152 yards, two touchdowns and an extra point from James Jackson.

Jovion Robinson added a 19-yard score and Amari McGaughy led the defense with 10 tackles. Jimmy Graves had nine tackles while McGgaughy, Sammy Lisciandro, Jaxson Fred and Owen Everetts each had a fumble recovery.

VARSITY

Dunkirk was a 19-6 winner over Southside. Gio Jackson ran for 72 yards, had a catch of 25 yards and scored a touchdown.

Chase Bonta had 135 yards on the ground with 82 through the air and Julian Jackson grabbed 57 receiving yards.

Bonta led the defense with 10 tackles and Javon’tae Hampton added eight.

MODIFIED

Southside was a 37-7 winner over Dunkirk. Gavin Pantojas led the way with a 161 yards and two touchdowns while Keith Miller added 111 yards and a score.

Noah Burch hit Aiden Greenwalt for a 20-yard touchdown and also connected with Miller Greenwalt and Xavier Jordan on 2-point conversions. Bobby Hoch added an extra-point run.

Miller also recovered a fumble that was run back for a score and Pantojas had eight tackles with an interception. Yandel DeJesus also had an interception and Burch a fumble recovery.
