DISTRICT 38 LITTLE LEAGUE

NON-SANCTIONED 11-12 TOURNAMENT

RANDOLPH — Cooper Doud and Lucas Muscarella combined on a three-hitter with five strikeouts as Falconer beat Valley, 10-0.

Jacob Roth hit a two-run double while Jon Neid, Branston Lindquist, Jackson Lillie and Lucas Muscarella each had an RBI single for Falconer.

Southwestern scored 10 runs in the third inning en route to a defeat of Maple Grove.

Brody Larson had a triple and Owen Hayes doubled while Kyler Wojtowicz had a pair of singles, and Judd Harris, Oscar Harris, Tate Catanese, Robbie Bellardo and Cameron Lyon each had a single during the decisive inning.

Bellardo allowed one earned run in three innings while striking out three before Oscar Harris allowed one hit and struck out one during one inning of work.

Nick and Zach Cornell each singled for Maple Grove.

Falconer and Southwestern both enter today’s final round of play with undefeated 4-0 records. They will play each other at 1 p.m. with the winner locking up the Area B No. 1 seed and the loser taking the Area B No. 2 seed.

In Area A, Fredonia has already locked up the No. 1 seed and will host the Area B No. 2 seed Tuesday at 6 p.m. Brocton/Portland is the Area A No. 2 seed and will travel to Randolph on Tuesday to play the Area B No. 1 seed at 6 p.m.

The championship game will be Thursday in Fredonia at 6 p.m.

NON-SANCTIONED 9-10 TOURNAMENT

Chase Bianco allowed four hits and struck out seven through 3 2/3 innings before Gavin Curtis tossed no-hit ball over the final 1 1/3 innings to lead Falconer to a 16-5 win over Valley.

Erik Stenstrom smacked three hits, including a double, to lead the offense. Zavyer Mayr (double) and Bianco each pounded out two hits. Connor Brentley added a double in the win.

Liam Bradigan has two hits for Valley while Wyatt Rothwell added a triple.
