DUNKIRK — Darien Swanson of Chautauqua Lake/Westfield/Sherman led the Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 2 West qualifier at Shorewood Country Club on Wednesday, carding an 85.

Connor Daniels of Silver Creek/Forestville shot 86, Peter Auer of Maple Grove 92, Ben Lockwood of Maple Grove 94, Andrew Hill of Silver Creek/Forestville 94 and Drew Kelemen of Maple Grove 97.

The top five finishers have earned qualifying spots while Kelemen will serve as an alternate.

TROJANS WIN AGAIN

Southwestern is now 12-1 overall after a 37-18 nonleague win over Falconer (7-5) at Maplehurst Country Club on Tuesday.

Jack White was the medalist for the winners with a 41, while Max Vaughn shot 43 and Drake Bell 46.

David Allen fired a 45 for Falconer and Curtis Hannon a 49.
