Panama Girls Down Cassadaga Valley

SINCLAIRVILLE — Panama (16-1, 11-0) claimed a 62-31 winner over Cassadaga Valley (10-7, 5-6) in CCAA Division 2 West play on Saturday.

Natalie Angeletti led the winners with 16 points, 11 rebounds and six steals.

Also chipping in for Panama were Abi Lisciandro with 11 points and five assists; Mandy Brink with 5 points and four assists; and Kylie Schnars with 7 points and eight rebounds.

Meghan LeBaron led the Cougars with 11 points, 10 rebounds and three assists; Kaylee Pattyson added eight points, eight rebounds and three blocks; McKenzie Haskins had 3 points, nine rebounds and three steals; and Brooke Repine chipped in seven rebounds and three steals.

PORTVILLE DOWNS RANDOLPH

PORTVILLE — Portville moved to 16-1 on the year and 10-0 in CCAA Division 1 East play with a 41-27 win over Randolph (7-11, 5-5).

Karly Welty led the winners with 15 points, eight steals, four assists and six rebounds while Sydney Colligan added eight rebounds and Sierra Keim five steals.

Sydney Hvizdzak had 14 points and four steals in the loss while Nizhoni Kennedy added five rebounds.
