19th Annual Games Held At Martin Road Athletic Complex

The 19th annual Chautauqua County Senior All-Star Soccer Games were played Sunday afternoon at the Martin Road Athletic Complex in Jamestown.

For the record, the White defeated Blue, 4-1, in the girls game, headlined by a goal and an assist from team Most Valuable Player Chloe Kibbe of Maple Grove, and a pair of goals from Frewsburg’s Gabby Iuculano. Emma Rice of Silver Creek/Forestville added a goal, and Maple Grove’s Morgan Plymel collected a pair of assists.

Laurel Erick of Fredonia had the lone goal for Blue. The team MVP was Hannah Sellari, also of Fredonia.

In the boys game, Chase Stevenson of Southwestern scored two goals, Trojan teammate Justin Morris had a goal and an assist, and team MVP Michael Persch of Fredonia chipped in a goal as Blue shut out White, 4-0.

Josh Golando of Maple Grove was White’s MVP.
