Panama Stays Unbeaten With Sixth Victory
SHERMAN — Panama improved to 6-0 with a 25-10, 25-5, 25-21 win over Sherman in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Central Division girls volleyball Thursday.
Alexys Marsh had nine kills, a block and three digs; Madalyn Bowen added seven kills, four digs and four aces; Maddie Johnson chipped in 18 assists, four digs and an ace; and Natalie Angeletti contributed six kills, four digs and an ace for the Panthers.
Kourtney Ames had a kill, two assists, two blocks and a dig; Maggie Myers added three assists, two blocks and two digs; Rowan Fisher chipped in two kills, five assists, a block and a dig; and Amaya Lewczyk had four assists, two blocks and three digs for the Wildcats (0-4).
T’BIRDS WIN ON ROAD
SOUTH DAYTON — Visiting Chautauqua Lake topped Pine Valley, 25-15, 25-17, 25-18, in Central Division play.
Olivia Anderson finished with eight kills, five aces, four digs and three blocks; Lillie Woodis had three aces, three digs and nine assists; and Megan Brown had two kills, an ace and a block for the Thunderbirds (2-2, 2-2).
Sadie Fadale had five digs and three kills; Morgan Sandy chipped in 11 digs and a kill with an ace; and Lyric Westlund had four digs and four kills for the Panthers.

FALLS TO 0-3 IN LEAGUE
Williamsville North (2-4, 2-2) was a 25-23, 25-18, 25-17 winner over host Jamestown in Erie County Interscholastic Conference Division 1 action.
Ally Macon had nine kills and eight digs while Bri Brown had five kills for the winners, who also took the jayvee match.
Karleigh Haines had six kills, two blocks and five digs while Morgan Tracy added seven kills, six blocks and three aces for the Red Raiders (2-3, 0-3).

WIN MARATHON
CLYMER — Falconer was a 25-21, 9-25, 25-18, 23-25, 25-15 winner over host Clymer as Jordyn Sampson had three aces and 23 assists.
Kaylee Vincent added four kills and 17 digs; Serena Camarata had seven kills and 28 digs; Tesika Kilmer chipped in an ace and five kills; and Grace Camarata contributed four aces, five kills and 16 digs for the Golden Falcons (3-3, 3-1).
Ashley Covey had 21 digs and two aces; Hannah King added 12 digs, three blocks, seven kills and an ace; Abbie Heslink chipped in seven digs, two aces, three kills, 12 assists; and Ashley Kreamer had nine digs for the Pirates (3-2, 1-2).

Maddie Welsh had 14 kills and four blocks to lead Maple Grove to a 25-23, 25-17, 23-25, 25-19, Central Division win over Southwestern.
Alyssa Steen added 24 assists; Bre Hill had 10 kills and five aces; and Madigan Howard had 17 digs for the Red Dragons (5-0, 4-0).
Anna Rauh had 11 kills to lead the Trojans (1-5, 1-3) while Abby Manelick had eight kills, eight aces and 22 digs; Angela Lunz had seven digs and 20 assists; and Katie Brinkley had 24 digs.

EDGES COUGARS
SINCLAIRVILLE — Gowanda pulled off a thrilling five-set win over Cassadaga Valley, 31-29, 26-24, 14-25, 22-25, 24-26, in North Division play.
Top performers for the Cougars (3-2, 2-1) were Kaitlyn Dahl with 27 assists and five digs as well as Brooke Repine who had ten kills four aces and eight digs. Heidi Williams also pitched in 10 kills and two blocks.
For Gowanda, Marleah Stevens racked up eight aces, 12 kills and 16 digs; Miya Scanlon had 10 kills and 22 digs; and Olivia Ackley pitched in 18 digs.
