HAMMETT, Pa. — In a night of first-rate “precision” driving, very few yellow flags flew Sunday night with three features going from green to checkers with no slow-downs.

Mitchell Wright scored his first-ever Eriez Speedway win in dominating style, leading all 15 laps of the Conway & O’Malley Tire Pros Economod feature. Meanwhile, Max Blair took over the lead at 10 laps into the 25-lap Plyler Overhead Door Super Late Model feature and went on to win his fourth feature of the season by a wide margin.

In other action, Chad Wright led from the drop of the green flag to score his second Bonnell Auto Group RUSH Crate Late Model win of the season; Joel Watson took eight laps to come from fourth on the grid to the lead of the Ran-Den Excavating E-Mod feature, then went on to his fourth win of the season; Brandon Groters collected his second victory of the season in the finale for the Nelson Lynwood Nursery & Elene’s Treasures and Giftshop Street Stocks; and Skip Jackson found his way to Victory Lane for the first time this season at Eriez in the Kandy’s Gentlemen’s Club Super Challengers.

LUNGER DOUBLES UP AGAIN

BUSTI — For the 16th consecutive week, Stateline Speedway and their dedicated fans were greeted with another night of great racing.

With a Pepsi Night promotion full of giveaways and a Sugar Grove Beverage Outlaw E-Mod and Shults Auto Group RUSH Crate Late Model Mystery Team race on the card, Dennis Lunger Jr. went on to to win yet another Rusted Nutz RUSH Pro Mod feature event.

In the RUSH Crate Late Model division, Lunger Jr. again found victory lane, pulling the double for the second time this season. John Woodward Jr. made it two in a row for the Sugar Grove Beverage Outlaw E-Mods while Max Blair continued to stifle the competition in the Overhead Door of Jamestown Super Late Models.

John Boardman chalked up another victory in the Wellington Log Homes Street Stock division, while Dan Nocero Jr. captured the Super Sportsman feature event. Andy Proper found his way back to victory lane in the Bailey’s Towing and Recovery Challenger division. Al Brewer and Dennis Lunger Jr. were the mystery team race champions.
