Robson Nets 1,000th Point

Chris Robson had a hot shooting performace at Jamestown Community College on Saturday afternoon and, in the process, reached 1,000 points for his career.
The Sherman standout connected for 19 of his game-high 33 points in the first half as Sherman built a 45-23 lead en route to a 78-59 non-league win over Forestville (4-6).
Robson, who hit seven 3-pointers, now has 1,024 points for his career. Brandon Nickerson had five assists and Tanner Ramsey added three steals. Robson grabbed seven rebounds and Jared Gleason, who tossed in 19 points, added five rebounds for the Wildcats (10-2, 5-1).
Macadam Gadewoltz tallied 13 points and added nine rebounds in the loss. Bret Weaver chipped in 12 points.
