Rocky’s Family Karate and Fitness held its second annual Fall In-House Tournament last Saturday. Students competed in different age divisions in Kata Forms, Belt Grab, Hyper Kick Challenge and Sparring. The tournament gave the students an opportunity to show off the skills they have learned in classes to their family and friends in a fun and exciting manner. Rocky’s Family Karate offers karate programs for all ages, as well as women’s kickboxing/conditioning classes and private lessons.
