The final registration for Frewsburg Midget Football will be Tuesday from 5-5:45 p.m. at Frewsburg High School.
Players must turn 9 by December 1, 2015 and cannot turn 14 before Aug. 1, 2015.
Jamestown residents may also sign up if they choose and Lake Shore League play includes special teams, playoffs and a championship game.
Registration is $50 and new players must bring a birth certificate.
Physicals for Frewsburg players will be at 5:45 p.m. the same day, and practice begins on July 27.
