The Chautauqua Lake Bassmasters will have their annual crappie tournament on May 24.

The entry fee is $50 for a two-man team.

Registration and weigh-in will be is at the Lakewood boat launch from 5-5:45 a.m. and tournament hours are from 6 a.m.-1 p.m.

After signing up at Lakewood, you may launch your boat from any boat ramp on the lake, but no fishing may start until 6 a.m.

The club reminds anglers that this is a live-fish tournament and it states in the rules all fish must be caught from a boat. The limit for weigh-in at 1 p.m. is 10 fish per team with all of the fish being at least 9 inches.
